1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jiliber platform available at jiliber.org, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of jiliber, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity. jiliber reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing jiliber on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on jiliber, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing jiliber's gaming services.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of jiliber, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jiliber or any other gaming platform for violations of terms or fraudulent conduct.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jiliber reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on jiliber. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. jiliber will not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jiliber immediately at [email protected].

jiliber reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 have not been met.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on jiliber are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiliber supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jiliber's discretion.

Deposits are generally credited to your jiliber account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. jiliber is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jiliber may require you to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure required under applicable Philippine regulations.

jiliber reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, jiliber will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the jiliber platform. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jiliber offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.

jiliber strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting technical errors or loopholes, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct that jiliber determines to be an abuse of its promotional system.

jiliber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus credited to your account in error must be reported to jiliber immediately and will be reclaimed if not reported.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on jiliber use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by jiliber, the player, or any third party after a bet has been placed.

Each game on jiliber is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets. jiliber will not be liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and any bets placed during that round will be refunded. jiliber's decision in such matters is final.

jiliber reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has evidence of cheating, collusion, use of prohibited software, or any other form of unfair play. Winnings derived from such activity will be forfeited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliber platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with jiliber employees.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiliber staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jiliber's software or systems.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliber platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of jiliber or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliber platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

Any unauthorized use of jiliber's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jiliber's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliber account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliber does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jiliber's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

jiliber is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.

jiliber strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We employ age verification procedures at registration and reserve the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

jiliber operates in compliance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jiliber informally by contacting our support team. jiliber will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
